1 Refund Eligibility

We strive for customer satisfaction. You can request a refund within the first 7 days of a new subscription if you face technical issues we cannot resolve, or if the service does not match the specifications.

2 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the payment date.
  • Monthly subscriptions where a significant portion of the month has been consumed.
  • Misuse of the system or violation of terms of use.

3 Refund Process

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the transaction number and reason. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, the amount is returned via the same payment method (Moment) and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
