By using NovaPOS services, you agree to these terms. Please stop using the service immediately if you do not agree with any part of these terms.

2 Service Description

NovaPOS is a cloud-based accounting and point-of-sale system designed to help merchants manage their business. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3 User Obligations

• Registration information must be accurate and up-to-date.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Prohibited use for illegal activities or violating others rights.

4 Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed per announced plans. We may adjust prices with a 30-day notice. Payments are handled via Moment (لحظة) gateway for security.

5 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the dashboard.
